Step1

In a bowl, mix flour, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt to form a smooth batter.

In a separate pan, cook grated coconut, jaggery, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg until the mixture thickens.

Step3

Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter to form a thin pancake.

Step4

Cook until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side.

Step5

Place a spoonful of the coconut mixture in the center of the pancake and fold it over.

Step6

Serve warm.
